Whether you are a yin yoga junkie, or are new to yin, this training will give you all the tools to dive deep into the practice of releasing, both mentally and physically. You’ll learn what yin is all about; the history, the “why” behind the practice. You’ll practice the poses, deconstruct them, and learn the benefits, risks, meridians, and anatomy behind what’s happening. You’ll learn how to guide a yin class, how to sequence, and how to offer modifications. You’ll also learn how to integrate meditation and essential oils into your yin practice. Lucianna Silvestri leads this comprehensive training. Lucianna is the head of our yin program here at Asana Soul Practice, she holds over 1,000 teaching hours and over 100 hours of yin training. Her passion for the practice of yin yoga and her ability to lead will leave you captivated, inspired and confident in your ability to teach yin to others, or deepen your own personal practice.

The use of Essential Oils in class
Restorative yoga is all about letting go and relaxing the nervous system. Restorative yoga is practiced through the use of props, and settling into poses that allow both body and mind to settle, to heal, and to renew. In this training you'll learn how to set up those poses, how to sequence them seamlessly and effectively, and the benefits associated with each pose. You'll also learn hands on assist for restorative, as well as how to incorporate meditation, pranayama, and essential oils into your class. This training will give you the ability to teach your own classes, to add elements of restorative to your existing vinyasa classes, or deepen your own personal practice. Founder, Celeste Cusumano leads this training. Celeste holds over 150 hours of restorative yoga teaching experience. Learn the essential art of relaxation over two peaceful weekends.

Pre-requisite: must be 200hr certified or approved by Celeste.
Tuition: $595
